The project will use 200,000 cubic meters of concrete and over 40,000 tons of rebar, carefully coordinated by an international team of designers, engineers, and contractors from across the globe. At its peak, more than 3,000 workers from all over Indonesia will be on-site, contributing to the construction of one of the capital’s most significant new developments.

As at March 2025, major milestones have been reached, including the completion of bored pile and king post installations, diaphragm wall construction, and the signing of the main contractor. These foundational works will set the stage for the raft and basement construction, marking a critical step in the project’s timeline.
